7 Laws of Intuitive Leadership — Turning a Book Into a Digital Product System

The Problem
This project began with a 350-page leadership book that had no digital presence, no structured learning system, and no scalable way to help readers internalize the ideas.
The intellectual value was high, but the system around it was nonexistent:
- No content hierarchy
- No method for exploring the 7 laws interactively
- No digital funnel for subscribers or clients
- No way to transform the material into a product
The challenge: Transform a static manuscript into a modern, structured, revenue-capable digital product.
My Approach: Turning Narrative Into Systems
1. Content Analysis & System Extraction
I decomposed the manuscript into core structures:
- Laws
- Sub-concepts
- Decision frameworks
- Leadership mental models
This allowed me to create a clean information architecture suitable for digital use.
2. Designing a System, Not a Website
Books are linear. Digital products require layers.
I built:
- A navigable site index for all 7 laws
- A repeatable page layout for each law
- A trust-based author module (credibility anchor)
- A brand system that communicates clarity + executive authority
The result behaves more like a learning system than a marketing page.
3. Monetization & Productization
The site establishes a foundation for future scalability:
- Newsletter → funnel → engagement
- Executive development offerings
- Potential AI-driven leadership assessments
- Structured entry points for courses, tools, and workshops
This is product thinking — not brochure design.

Project: Business Landing Page (CF Pro Sales Direct)
The Problem
The client had no online presence and needed a simple way for customers to understand their offer and book quickly.
My Approach
I stripped out all non-essential elements, built a single-page structure around clarity, and used clean, direct phrasing to drive action.
Result
A fast, simple landing page optimized for one purpose: lead capture and clear communication.

Project: Small Business Website (Blue Hair Digital)
The Problem
The brand had a mission but no visual identity or web presence.
My Approach
I created a layout that felt modern, calm, and trustworthy. Focused on hierarchy, readability, and making the message obvious without overwhelming the user.
Result
A minimal, professional site communicating the brand cleanly.
